Developing methods in chemical and biophysical area, to support the release and characterization of gene therapy products, including adeno-associated virus and mRNA. Establishing platform methods and platform qualifications, greatly decreasing the work load for validation. Most assays developed are also used in stability indications. In addition, lead drug product development activities in pharmaceutical development stage, including biocompatibility for multi-nation filing, both adult and pediatric trials, and formulation development for intrathecal injections and new formulation qualifications.
