I am a Bioanalytical Scientist specializing in the development of ultrasensitive targeted proteomics and multiplexed assays that bridge the gap between early-stage research and clinical application. & : Developed LC-MS/MS assays to characterize PK/PD for complex modalities (AAV, LNP, small molecules) across multiple species. I provide critical data for IND filings and multidose regimen modeling, ensuring clinical readiness by developing protocols based on simplified ICH M10 guidelines for seamless CRO transfer. & : Expert in standardizing high-complexity workflows, including intact mass measurement and peptide mapping, which directly supported intellectual property (patent) filings. Implemented generic 2D LC-MS/MS platforms to achieve ultrasensitive protein detection (pg/mg level), providing robust data for high-stakes decision-making- & : Expert in managing external procurement and CRO outsourcing from pricing research and establishing MSAs/SOWs to final product handover and billing. I architect new research programs by aligning scientific assets with clinical unmet needs, utilizing staged-gate pilots ($30k) to de-risk larger capital commitments and ensure optimal resource allocation.
