ABOUT JULIE SMITH-ROSE

Julie is a leader within the AT & T EMEA North Service Management and Global LCM organization supporting strategic multinational companies in market sectors ranging from manufacturing to Formula 1. Leading a team of global Service Managers, the team takes ownership of the customer service experience focusing on all issues associated with maintenance, implementations and billing. Partnering closely with Sales and other functions to ensure correct and appropriate focus is given to the Customers the team supports. Julie has provided pre-sales support to the EMEA North Sales Centre. Julie has mentored several new starters within the UK and Ireland Service Management Team as well as providing support to individuals outside the Service Management organisation. Julie leads the internal relationship survey for AT & T Business International as well as the Communications lead for AT & T Believes UK & Ireland.Julie joined AT & T in and prior to her current position, worked within the GCSC organization providing support on a full range of communications services including voice, data and managed services. Julie was responsible for specific systems and product training within the Centre. This included designing and delivering training material, training new employees and providing on going and refresher training for the existing team. Julie is a veteran of AT & Ts previous global venture, Concert.Prior to joining AT & T, Julie was an Account Manager for a UK based manufacturer. Responsible for managing and developing existing accounts, gaining new business and promoting products via trade shows, sales support days and other promotional activities. In her early career Julie worked in Estate Agency (Real Estate) progressing from Sales Negotiator to Office Manager and Valuer.
