Marketing for the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI).My role encompasses the following-Marketing and new business generation for the CTSI Annual Conference, one of the largest consumer affairs events in the country, if not Europe, which includes ministerial attendance. I am required to identify new business opportunities for this event and create engaging advertisements to showcase the CTSI Conference. Plan the exhibition stand distribution, in order to enhance the delegate experience and capitalise on excellent footfall for exhibitors. I also create priority booking packages which reward businesses for their early commitment to this premium event. I give organisations the chance to participate in CTSI mini-theatre events enabling them to utilise these sessions to detail their services and new products to delegates throughout this prestigious Conference.My role involves revenue generation for CTSI by marketing promotional opportunities in the CTSI Conference Guide, the delegate folders and other membership magazines, which are produced by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute, including The Journal of Trading Standards. I create sponsorship opportunities for organisations enabling them to partner with CTSI and become Corporate Affiliate Members of the Chartered Trading Standards Institute.
