I joined Sitel (now Foundever) as a Learning Manager for our Newcastle site, where I quickly established myself by enhancing onboarding experiences across multiple contracts. My role expanded to Regional Learning Manager, taking responsibility for the learning strategy and execution across all of our northern UK sites, ensuring consistency, quality, and successful onboarding for both agent and non-agent roles.Progressing to Head of Learning for the UK & South Africa, I worked across numerous UK sites and was based in Cape Town for a period to oversee the onboarding and learning support for new client launches. My focus was ensuring smooth knowledge transfer, scalable onboarding programmes, and robust capability building across regions.Now, as Head of Leadership Development, I lead our strategic efforts to design and implement structured onboarding and development programmes that build a strong internal talent pipeline. I’m proud to be part of a team that’s deeply committed to growing people and shaping future leaders.
