Frequently placed in \'Fire Fighting\' mode to solve project issues, using both my ability to dig deep in to technical issues as well as a fierce intent to get to the root of a problem.As one of our ‘thought leaders’ in SAP Programme Management, I regularly undertake; quality assurance, plan, scope and resource reviews on behalf of IBM, ensuring excellence in our delivery and ongoing knowledge transfer and education through our projects.My history lies in SAP, which I have worked with for over Twenty Eight years, managing the delivery of transformation projects across many industries. Key Clients include: Roche Pharmaceutical, Unilever, Shell, Somerset County Council, Avon and Somerset Constabulary, nPower, and Allied Domecq.
