Due to an on going transformation of our business, during 20••••20 Organisation structure change, I\'ve been instrumental Implementing and delivering the operational Resource Management Capability to track and manage the Professional Services business for Capita Technology Solutions. The service covers multiple capabilities both off-shore (India) and On-shore (GB,Ireland,Scotland) roles which consists of over up to 500 permanent employees and approx 100contractors. Acting as the single engagement for Clients, Account teams, Projects & Programmes who are requesting Professional Services Resource requests which covers consultancy, delivery and Pre-sales requirements for a large number of Architecture & Analysis teams & PPM.I am the Team Manager of a Resourcing team covering both Offshore and Onshore team membersResponsible for managing and tracking the resource demand by capability and an enabler into the recruitment process to help us improve lead times to on-board individuals to improve customer confidence. Monitoring and tracking non-charge time and chargeable Utilisation by team & individual targeting 90% with exceptions understood monthly.
