IBM Subject Matter Expert on EMEA Treasury acquisition integration working closely with IBM Corporate Treasury to define policies and procedures. Providing support, guidance and education on all Treasury related matters to the Global Business and Treasury teams and leading international teams responsible for coordination and management of the integration of multinational acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. Assigning responsibilities amongst countries, designing/executing/managing the E2E global integration processes. including standardisation of global frameworks, management of acquisition day to day treasury activity eg optimisation of acquisition cash management across EMEA, developing funding/ payment plans and ensuring controlled execution. Ensuring CPL compliance, minimising FX risks, set up of interco/bank loans, control/maintenance over bank accounts, bank system admin over multiple platforms, bank relationships, bank charge negotiation, guarantees, set up of new legal entities, capital structure optimisation through dividends, minimal capitalisation, capital injections, restructuring and focus on return of capital etc. Also provide complex deal support, work on ad hoc projects such as the implementation of pro-active management of JV\'s financials/controls and all Treasury aspects for special vehicle (JV for show, consortium, minority interest, etc).
