I have spent my 20+ year career working with and for leading technology companies in enterprise infrastructure, software and cyber security. I have helped customers to create, realise and transform complex environments while advising my own product teams on how to build better infrastructure and software to meet the ever-changing customer needs.As a manager and leader I have led and embraced operational change to deliver new processes, technologies, markets and channels.The Broadcom software portfolio includes category-leading business-critical software that enables scalability, agility, and security for the largest companies in the world. With an engineering-centered culture, Broadcom continues to innovate its comprehensive software portfolio of infrastructure and security software, including Network Monitoring, Cybersecurity, Value Stream Management, AIOps, DevOps, Mainframe, and Payment Security.Outside of work, my big passions are cars, music and American BBQ. Embracing and sharing those passions with my family creates that bond and life balance that is hard to achieve. My children drive at under-17 car club, we play instruments together (my eldest son is an amazing blues guitarist) and those long slow BBQ cooks are a family favourite.
