I\'m very excited to start working on the customer-facing side of the VRE Headquarters! I\'ll be assisting riders in accessing benefits, troubleshooting, and being a liaison between the VRE, Amtrack, and various freight trains. Going forward I will also have opportunities to help work on their website and mobile app! I can\'t wait to learn more, grow more, and do more at the VRE!
