Drive the further growth of the managed team and support the recruitment of internal staff - Exercise specialist-responsibility for the managed team and track the performances of its members - Take over full responsibility for the turnover and profit generated by the managed team - Lead the team as an “enterprise within an enterprise” - Monitor the compliance in cooperation with the responsible department - Report on a regular basis to the executive management - Paying an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients - Focusing on growing / developing existing clients, together with generating new business - Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements - Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives - Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust - Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
