I manage the following products within Oracle\'s Fusion HCM Cloud offering: OTBI for Global HR; Workforce Modeling; My Team; Directory Organization Chart; Workforce Predictions (using Data Mining AI or machine learning). I scope future work and then design and track the project. I am engaged in Oracle\'s Cloud Customer Connect forums to help our customers get the very best from our products and I created and run OTBI workshops throughout Europe. I organise and run the successful Report Jam sessions at the annual conference of the US Oracle User Group, OHUG.Previous projects included the design of a data warehouse, role based business intelligence dashboards and work with both the Oracle OBIEE and Oracle Discoverer tools. Projects relate to Oracle’s HCM Cloud (Fusion) product and previously to EBS.During this time I managed a multi-national team of product managers/functional designers. This involved allocation and tracking of work, appraisals, compensation, training, recruitment and terminations.
