I designed an executive dashboard with KPIs for revenue, profitability, units, and avg ticket, with a bar for current vs prior period and mini-KPIs for % change for quick read.• I built Top-10 charts by channel, category, and brand for those metrics, showing % share and absolute value.• I added geographic analysis (revenue, sales, margin) to prioritize actions by location.• I developed operational views by product and channel: description, brand, category, sales (units and amount) in a configurable window, average price, and average profitability.• I built an inventory module by product with stock, days of coverage, and last-60-day sales; it includes KPIs for active products with stock (count and %).• I added global slicers for date, channel, product, category, and brand, plus multi-page navigation: Summary, Revenue, Profitability, and Stock.• I supplemented this with an Excel price-comparison dashboard that contrasts Azkar vs competitors SKU by SKU, highlights min/avg/max, links to verify the cheapest, and estimates coverage, stock, sales, and profitability if matching the minimum.• Excel report automation consolidates ERP BAS, SQL Server, MySQL, Amazon, CSV, and Excel for comprehensive e-commerce management (adds/drops by channel, published products, detailed stock control, capacity, image URLs), enabling bulk catalog updates and cutting operating time.• I developed an automation and reporting system (Python + n8n + Excel) unifying catalog, stock, prices, detection of unposted invoices, and sales consolidation.• I implemented market analysis with Nubimetrics, comparing Azkar’s performance vs competitors and tracking trends by product, category, and seller.• 30-day results:~+3.5% profitability,~−79% monthly time from automation, and ~−1.4% order delays.
