ABOUT JULIANA TULIO

I\'m a Senior at Fordham University\'s Gabelli School of Business with a 3.9 GPA, pursuing a B.S. in Marketing. I have completed the certifications for Google Analytics 4, ANA MarTech Foundations, Inside LVMH, Fundamentals of Media Relations, Fundamentals of Social Media, Search Engine Optimization, and Reporting and Analytics for LinkedIn Ads. As a Marketing Scholars Candidate, I am one of 40 students in a program that provides unique, high-profile opportunities to advance marketing careers through visits to leading advertising agencies and exposure to industry-leading professionals. I also serve as the Co-President of the non-profit club Spes Nova, where I work closely with our global partner schools to promote and sell artisan-made products in the US. I\'m also a member of the Fordham Marketing Association and am a Smart Women Securities Associate. My internships have allowed me to apply my classroom business skills in the real world. I interned at American Express on the US Corporate Affairs and Communications team this past summer, assisting Amex\'s owned social and influencer strategy. I also have experience in marketing and public relations within several industries, ranging from luxury jewelry and fashion to travel, healthcare, and food and beverage. Case studies have been an integral part of my professional development, where lengthy, dynamic multimedia PowerPoint presentations summarized proposals and recommendations pitched to panels of industry experts and judges. I competed in the 2024 Fashion Scholarship Fund competition, where I conducted research to support a strategic initiative that prioritizes Michael Kors\' sustainability efforts by launching a sustainable tote bag accessory to drive appeal to younger generations called \"Totealy Yours by Michael Kors.\" Two hallmark academic programs have allowed me to work in team settings for extended periods: the Gabelli Consulting Cup, where I worked with a team of my peers to develop a comprehensive solution to Croc\'s sustainability challenges by replacing shoe insoles with bio-based materials, and the Ground Floor challenge, where my team and I created a complete business plan for a new company, NetZero, a sustainable solution that up-cycles commercial fishing nets into basketball nets and soccer goals, reducing landfill waste. You can contact me at j•••••@fordham.edu.I look forward to hearing from you!
