My experience has strengthened my ability to execute in fast-paced settings while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.Previously, I served as a General Manager Intern at Scramblers, where I supported day-to-day operations and worked closely with leadership to streamline processes and implement cost-control initiatives. These efforts contributed to improved operational efficiency and supported the organization’s overall financial performance.I also gained client-facing and regulatory experience as a Life and Health Insurance Intern at Northwestern Mutual, where I worked directly with brokers on daily operations and held an active life and health insurance license. This role developed my understanding of compliance, relationship management, and professional communication in a highly regulated environment.I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Operations Management and am actively pursuing continued professional development, including Six Sigma certification.
