ABOUT JULIA KRAWCEWICZ
I’m a recruitment marketing specialist with experience in developing brand and marketing strategies for recruitment agencies across various industries, including Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail, Sales, Legal, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Tech.I didn’t plan on a career in recruitment — or in recruitment marketing, a niche I barely knew existed after graduating with a degree in Filmmaking. But this unique industry welcomed me at 21, and I’ve been fascinated ever since.My filmmaking background means storytelling comes naturally to me, so I specialise in branding, marketing strategy, social media management, and content creation. I also bring my own photography and videography kit and have often acted as the in-house photographer.Recruitment is a people business, which is something I never lose sight of.
