ABOUT JULIA GRAMMIG
I am a first-year student at the College of the Holy Cross majoring in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy, with strong interests in public policy, legislative work, and public service.At Holy Cross, I serve as President of the Class of 2029 in the Student Government Association and am a Peer Educator with D.R.E.A.M.(Disability Rights, Education, Activism, and Mentoring). I am also involved with S.W.E.E.T.(Students Who Educate, Empower, & Train) and The Federalist Society.I am a Florida native and a graduate of the Academy of the Holy Names in Tampa, where I founded and served as President of the L.E.A.D.(Legislative Education and Advocacy Development) Club. My experience includes interning with Congressman Gus Bilirakis, serving as a page in the Florida Senate, and launching The Civic Current, a platform focused on civic education and local engagement.I have a particular interest in disability policy, veterans’ affairs, and constituent-focused governance, and I am motivated by work that supports individuals and families through effective public policy and public service. I am eager to continue developing policy and research skills while contributing meaningfully in a legislative environment.
