Besides that I love design, vegetarian food and very much enjoy reading a good book that has nothing to do with work After studying psychology, knowledge management and politics, I started my career in Talent Acquisition at IBM, a fascinating technology company. After 3 years in recruiting and marketing I moved to Labour Relations, worked as Exec Assistant to our CHRO and as HR Business Partner for the Senior Leadership Team. Now I am back where I started: in Talent Acquisition, leading the TA team with +20 amazing professionals for marketing, recruiting and onboarding
