The General Operator is a part of Telematika. Toll road maintenance using free-flow technology and toll collection for Moscow central ring and M12 road (Moscow - Kazan). In this role, my core focus was driving product portfolio diversification, identifying untapped market opportunities, and leading end-to-end product launches. • Expanded key client base by 200%(from 1 to 3 strategic clients) through product portfolio diversification, including the successful launch of a payment solution for two toll road systems in Kazan. This growth mitigated single-client dependency risks and established a foundation for entering new markets.• Slashed MVP time-to-market by 50% through strategic task prioritization, resource optimization, and aligning cross-functional teams around clear objectives.• Led comprehensive market research in the transport telematics sector, uncovering critical risks and high-potential growth areas. These insights directly shaped the company’s strategic roadmap, informing priorities for its flagship product’s development and market entry strategy.
