Lead the product design team (10 people), including hiring and mentoring designers to foster a creative and collaborative work environment- Define the product design strategy, in alignment with the key stakeholder, the company\'s vision and business objectives- Collaborate with the Creative director, Product Marketing, Product development and other stakeholders to develop products that fits with our design DNA, cost and technical frame (approx. 100 SKU per year)- Oversee the end-to-end product design process, from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution- Create inspirational moodboards, sketches, for each season aligned with the creative director and Creative Lead on special collaboration/project (eg. Rosenthal collection)- Ensure the aesthetic and stylistic coherence of the various collections and product families- In charge that the product design team adheres to design guidelines, and industry standards, while encouraging creativity and innovation- Continuously stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in our product design.
