At AVEVA, our People Team has been enhanced through strategic mergers and acquisitions, thanks in part to my role in project coordination. We\'ve successfully developed a Shared Service Centre and implemented a Target Operating Model internationally, leveraging my skills in employee relations and leadership. We are now moving into being a process, data driven People Team. Developing Power BI dashboards and using technology and platforms to drive change managenent. My background in human resources and certified project management expertise has been pivotal in managing AVEVA\'s Strategic Reward Review, and in supporting robust project delivery in collaboration with PMO teams.
