I love Information Technology, but healthcare is my passion. Working in Health IT allows me to combine both perfectly, and I am very grateful for the contributions I have been able to make over the past 25+ years. Collaborating with people from different cultures to improve the lives of our customers and patients around the world keeps me highly motivated.No two customers are alike, but most share similar challenges that need to be addressed. Helping them improve their work and get the most out of our solutions is very rewarding. Being at the forefront of service for many years and working with customers worldwide has given me valuable insights into the workflows and challenges they face when caring for their sickest patients.Offering the right services alongside a product makes a significant difference. It is the difference between merely selling a product and delivering a solution that effectively addresses a customer\'s pain points.
