Fortinet announced Judith Sim as a member of Fortinet’s Board of Directors on June 22, 2015. She serves on two committees within the Board of Directors. As Chairperson of the Human Resources Committee, she assists in overseeing compensation policies, plans, and benefit programs. In addition, Judith Sim aids in administering Fortinet’s equity compensation plans for its executive officers and employees. As a Member of the Audit Committee, Judith Sim and committee members are responsible for providing oversight of Fortinet’s accounting and financial reporting processes and the audit of Fortinet’s financial statements.
