The Company of Master Jewellers (CMJ) is the largest watch and jewellery buying group in the UK and Ireland. Supporting independent retail is at the heart of everything they do. Members are some of the country\'s best independent retail jewellers and leading suppliers of jewellery, watches and retail solutions. The retail members are successful businesses that have joined the CMJ in order to maximise their potential - all without sacrificing any of their independence. I was seconded onto the board of CMJ in March 2020 and appointed to Supplier Director in January 2021. My role is to represent all of the suppliers to CMJ by being their voice and ears - working both with the board, the members, the CMJ Head Office team and all of my fellow suppliers.
