Passionate about my job.During my career I have had the chance to work on Research, Software Development and Team Leadership; I had good experiences at each of them and many opportunities to learn from mistakes and how to do things better.My experiece includes:> Team/Project Leadership - Recruiting, training and leading teams of up to 12 members (11 engineers, 1 designer). Working with them on the development of 2 iOS apps, 1 Android app, and 2 web apps- Define, Lead and Improve the Software Development Process in collaboration with the team.> Product Requirements & Specifications - Gather requirements, write specifications and lead the entire development process; all of this in compliance with the product owner\'s expectations by keeping a continous communicaiton.> Software Architecture & Development - Architect and develop web applications, participating mainly on the back-end side. This included the development of 2 REST APIs to serve iOS apps and javascript-based MVC Clients - MySQL Database refactoring and maintenance- Algorithms design and implemention- Migrate a complete Web MVC platform from JSP to AngularJS, and develop new features on top of it.> Product Development / Other - Manage the communication between the Business and the Development teams, developing requirements over their whole lifecycle- Collaborate with several areas of the company: Analytics, Customer Support, Marketing, HR, Sales, and Finances- Collaborate on the Company process definition.I enjoy a lot to collaborate on building new products and I love challenges. While working on any product, I like to put myself on the position of each stakeholder to analyze what’s the exact problem that needs to be resolved and what\'s the best way to do it. At the same time, I likes to have present that every requirement have a business goals behind it that needs to be achieved.
