ABOUT JUAN PABLO MORALES
10+years of experience with a special focus on tax matters, as an advisor and trial lawyer. This dual understanding has allowed me to have a distinctive perspective in regards to analyzing complex situations and problems, as well as managing my clients’ expectations, by always looking to transform the needs and requirements into opportunities. My current focus is on ensuring that my clients receive a strategic legal and commercial advice aligned with the opportunities in the country, in order to prevent problems, achieve their unique objectives or to plan ahead any relevant decisions. Alongside with my team, I have discovered that creativity, intelligence, attitude, culture, alliance are key elements if looking for any kind of success with our clients and our work. I believe I have the obligation that to understand my client’s needs, not only from a legal perspective but also and especially from a commercial and business point of view I have to constantly complement my knowledge. For that reason, I studied a master’s degree in corporate law and currently as an MBA candidate.
