As part of the Corporate Transactions team (CTS), I price and shape Accenture’s most significant and complex transactions; develop and structure financial models for client engagements; and act as independent business advisor to the commercial team. Activities performed- Manage financial deal shaping and structuring for complex arrangements, responses to RFPs, new offerings, joint ventures and alliances, captive acquisitions and go-to market opportunities- Prepare and present financial models and business cases in support of new opportunities- Control the flow of activities and leadership reviews on proposals- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and Accenture Policies within out financial models- Work closely with Accenture teams including sales, solution, operations, corporate controllership, legal and global tax to achieve the optimum balance of risk and reward between Accenture and the client for all proposed deal structures - Assist in the development and career growth of the team, and act as role model, coach and mentor.
