ABOUT JUAN CARLOS MOLINA
Juan Molina is the founding partner of Molina, Escalante & Zapien, S.C, heading the International Tax Practice. He started his practice at Arthur Andersen in In 2003 he left the firm to pursue his studies abroad. Upon graduation, the academic title of LL.M. in International Tax Law was conferred on him by the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. In 2004 he joined the tax practice of Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa and in 2005 he joined the international tax practice at Deloitte Mexico where he was promoted to Manager, Senior Manager and, in 2011, to Director. In 2014, he joined Rödl & Partner as the Head of the Tax Practice for Mexico and in 2015 he was co-responsible for the operations of the firm and its three offices in Mexico. In 2016 he joined Andersen Tax & Legal as the head of International Tax Services. He has been a University professor at the \"Universidad Iberoamericana\" in Mexico City. Currently he is a candidate to the CFA (Charter Financial Analyst) of the CFA Institute of Chicago and has participated in various courses in international taxation both, as participant and as lecturer.
