Identify team resource gaps or process wrinkles that can be solved for by AI automation• Promote activations featuring major Nike-sponsored athletes (Caitlin Clark, Rafael Nadal, A’ja Wilson and more)• Advise teammates on ways to leverage available AI tools to streamline/simplify work processes• Establish and drive the platform strategy for Nike\'s Global Employee Comms group (a strategy that contributed to a 26.5% growth in content engagement from 2023 to 2024)• Partner with the Nike Tech team to continually evolve our internal comms platforms to better meet the needs of our audiences and to roll out key platform updates (16 rollouts in my first two years) that expand my team\'s capabilities and/or simplify our processes• Draft and distribute communications highlighting employee engagement opportunities• Act as product owner for Nike\'s intranet site, which services active monthly users• Plan and spearhead team building initiatives for team• Propose updates and new functionalities for Workvivo, a third party platform, to better meet the needs of our audiences and content creators (Several of my proposals are now part of Workvivo and benefit not only Nike but other companies that use the product.)• Expand the capabilities and amplify the reach of the Employee Comms function by creating new channels and distribution strategies that intersect employee work patterns• Advise comms partners on best practices for leveraging tools and platforms to better reach their audiences• Survey employees for insights into how to make our platforms work better for them
