As an Area Manager, I lead a large-scale process, managing a team of 150 to 250+ associates with the support of three team leads. My mission is to ensure safety, quality, productivity and people development while driving operational excellence. I oversee inbound processes such as Dock, Receive, and Stow, ensuring smooth logistics flows and consistently achieving KPIs that drive customer satisfaction. I also lead process improvement and Lean projects in order to optimize the Stow process that aims to deliver efficiency gains.Currently working in ETZ2, an Amazon Robotics-powered fulfillment center that provides a unique environment to grow as an operations leader. Working in such an environment has taught me how to leverage data, lead at scale through mechanisms and has sharpened my leadership skills.
