To quantify the customer contact view for Excom, I developed a clustering pipeline. This led to the discovery & better understanding of our customer profile and potential operational improvements of 50 FTE.• To reduce the time needed to handle claims invoices, I led the statistical testing & reporting of a pilot program. This allowed claims handlers to reduce invoice turnaround time from 7 days to 1.
