ABOUT JOSHUA DSOUZA

I’m a recent graduate from Humber’s Business Administration program, now working in Financial systems consulting to help companies streamline their financial and operational processes. I have a passion for problem-solving and competition which led me to win two national business case competitions, earn the Academic Award of Excellence (highest GPA in my program), earn the Business Administration Co-op Leadership Award and serve as President of ACE Humber’s Business Case Competition Club.Beyond consulting, I’ve worn many hats - designing websites and social media content, running sales motions, hiring candidates, managing events, coaching soccer, and even hosting professional game nights. I love breaking down complex challenges and finding practical yet creative solutions, whether in business, strategy games, or case competitions (where I now judge as well).Mentorship is important to me, and I’ve always looked for ways to give back - whether tutoring accounting, training case competition delegates, or coaching young athletes. I also believe in continuous growth, living by a “1% better every day” mindset. That’s why I’m always learning - whether through Toastmasters, studying French, or diving into AI.On a personal note, I\'ve played soccer since I could walk, winning the National School League - Dubai pool, and still play recreationally in Toronto. I\'ve dabbled in every sport you could think of and frequent the gym. On the rare occasion I have some free time, I love playing video games - favorites are FIFA/EA FC, Call of Duty and Rocket League.If you’ve made it this far, I’d love to connect and hear more about what you do!
