I am a creative and driven problem solver with a passion for people, connection, and growth. With 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, I have led operations, sourcing, full-cycle recruitment, and onboarding across diverse teams. I’ve also taken on interim HR Business Partner assignments, where I supported leaders, teams, and employees with a wide range of people matters, strengthening my ability to align business strategy with care and equity.My career began in operations, where I led profitable store teams, built customer relationships, and designed creative marketing campaigns to drive engagement and growth. That foundation taught me the importance of balancing business goals with people-first leadership.As a Talent Partner, I thrive on fostering meaningful relationships, solving complex hiring needs, and creating inclusive strategies that help individuals and organizations succeed. I am resourceful and compassionate, with a strong belief that equity and inclusion must be at the center of how we approach talent and growth.Beyond recruitment, I am proud to serve as Chair of my organization’s Pride Affinity Group. In this role, I advocate for equity and belonging, help create authentic spaces for connection, and work to amplify underrepresented voices.
