Identify process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee morale.• Recommends change policies and procedures to Management; maintains policy and procedural operations; inform staff of changes made to policies and procedures. • Participates in setting goals and objectives for facility and services. • Conducts staff meetings as necessary concerning changes in regulations.• Interface with other upstream and downstream departments to identify and resolve issues.
