ABOUT JOSH PLASKOFF

The keys to a high performing company are innovation and fluidity to respond to changing environments through relationships. This comes down to creating both an organizational and individual learning capability in organizations and forging high-powered relationships amongst employees and leadership. For more than three decades, I have helped companies improve performance, revenues, and foster community by- transforming their organizational relationships - mobilizing their knowledge - developing learning cultures of leaders and employees - solidifying their corporate and team community and purpose In the midst of this work are complex paradoxes - structure and flexibility, global and local, mind and heart, profit and people – that’s why each organization requires its own tailored strategy.
