Digitate™ is one of the fastest growing AIOps companies with approximately $100 mil in annual revenues and 200+ enterprise customers - It has been and continues to be an absolute pleasure building a high-performing team of Product Marketing Managers from scratch. I would love to talk to any marketing professional and exchange notes on the dos and don\'ts of this process. We have built scalable processes for GTM, Sales Enablement, Content Generation, MQL-SQL conversion, an active blog platform, and the team has created asset templates and delivered compelling material all the way from positioning and messaging documents, product decks, product brochures, FAQs to battle cards, infographics, ebooks, SDR Playbooks, Sales Kits and customer success stories. We have also created a thriving blog program that has seen participation from the entire company and the number of blogposts in the last 18 months has seen an increase of 400% as compared to the prior 18 months. I would love to share my experiences and also learn from you to incorporate the best industry practices into our marketing group and further optimize the process for a faster time to revenue and customer adoption.
