Daily, I liaise with clients, tenants, and third-party professionals to investigate and resolve various challenges, such as direct debit failures, incorrect tenant ledgers, and discrepancies in payments.For instance, when a client was concerned about a potentially lost payment of after waiting two weeks for resolution, I successfully coordinated with our accounting team and located the funds within hours, promptly addressing the client\'s concerns.My responsibilities also include the administration of property and pensions, handling complex tasks like Administering the property, forfeitures, surrenders, and rent concessions.
