Manage end-to-end processing of stock and asset transfers between custodians or within client accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SLAs.• Coordinate with counterparties, custodians, brokers, and internal teams to facilitate timely settlement of transfer requests.• Perform reconciliation of transferred holdings, resolve breaks, and investigate discrepancies to maintain data integrity.• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (such as FATCA, MiFID II, etc.) and firm policies during asset movements.• Utilize platforms like CREST, NSCC, or proprietary systems for executing and tracking transfer requests.• Handle client escalations with professionalism while ensuring operational risks are minimized.• Support internal audits, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives within transfer operations.
