As the Vice President - Head of Operations l Adecco NA- oversee the project ongoing operations and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant processes are in place to drive consistent order fulfillment and growth with a portfolio of $350-$450 million. I am focused on driving performance, strategic workforce planning, operational compliance, and client and associate satisfaction. Strategic Workforce plane Delivers best in class leadership, mentorship, and direct supervision to the Area Operations Partners.\\\\n\\\\n• Responsible for colleague hiring strategy, overall team coaching and development, and motivation of the team to ensure consistency while driving order fulfillment.\\\\n• Trains new Managers to a high standard in a timely manner and coaches’ managers on how to ensure performance and productivity of their team.\\\\n• Supports and assists in development of on-going training initiatives to optimize team’s performance while familiarizing all with policies and/or procedures changes applicable to their positions\\\\n• Accountable for increasing and maintaining fill rate, re-employment, attrition/retention, and 6x6 branch and onsite delivery teams.\\\\n• Proactively identifies trends in supported clients\' attrition, retention, and attendance rates while partnering with leaders to identify strategies to drive improvements.\\\\n• Supports field-based implementations, including branch and on-site set-up and support for Go-live\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
