WORK HISTORY
Professional Services Improvement Lead @Queen Mary University of London
London, GB
Awards nominated for in post: Ambitious Individual of the Year 2025I lead organisation wide process and service improvement, helping senior leaders understand what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change for the organisation to operate with more clarity and confidence. My role brings strategy, system awareness, and people focused change together in a practical way. I oversee institutional process architecture and capability building, including the standards, training, and frameworks that support consistent improvement across teams. I guide cross cutting workstreams and lead a group of internal consultants, aligning activity around shared priorities. I act as a point of clarity in programmes that involve new operating models, automation opportunities and cultural change. I work closely with technical colleagues to shape safe and purposeful use of automation and AI pilots. I support decision making by assessing options, challenging proposals and helping define where simplification or rationalisation is needed. I also lead the development and management of organisation wide service indicators, benefits, and KPIs. I served as the Senior Responsible owner for the process and service improvement project. My focus is on building stable foundations, writing institutional strategies for process improvement and citizen development and enabling colleagues to move towards more sustainable, future ready ways of working.
