Since taking on this role, I have built a dedicated team and launched a variety of leadership programs tailored to different leadership levels. These initiatives have had a positive impact, enhancing individual growth and significantly contributing to the successful delivery of strategic projects aligned with our ambitious Strategy 2030. My focus is on creating a comprehensive academic leadership offering that addresses the complexities of academic careers by integrating research, education, and scholarship with essential areas like citizenship and inclusion, enterprise and external engagement, and professional practice.
