ABOUT JOSEPHINE MORTON
I’m Josephine, a Product Designer (UX/UI) who brings 14 years of experience in technical apparel design and product development into the tech space. I design well-crafted, user-centred digital products that deliver real value for users while aligning with business goals. 🤖 Most recently, I led the UX at an AI consultancy, transforming complex, regulated processes into clear digital journeys. I designed end-to-end experiences that leverage ML and LLMs to improve efficiency and clarity for users, working in a fast-paced, agile start-up environment.🧠 I’m passionate about human-centric design, fuelled by empathy and emotional intelligence. I enjoy connecting with people, working closely with stakeholders, and uncovering what truly drives users. Outside of work, you’ll find me training for my second sprint triathlon, reverse-engineering restaurant meals at home, or exploring the North by foot, bike, and train.
