I am the Corporate Director of Catering for Taziki’s Mediterranean Café. I have been with the company for 7 years and have played an instrumental role in the growth and development of the catering program. In this time, I\'ve been responsible for a consistent year-over-year growth in overall catering sales. In addition to catering, I\'ve also held leadership roles in both the marketing and operations departments within Taziki’s. With my expansive range of restaurant/hospitality knowledge, I\'ve developed an efficiently structured catering program that currently serves as the brand standard for all 85 Taziki locations throughout the nation. I also directly manages day-to-day catering operations and catering staff within the flagship market, which is located in Birmingham, AL. This is the company’s largest market, by both number of locations and sales revenue. There, I have further developed the market’s program to include a specialty in event/full-service catering. I work directly with Taziki’s Founder, Keith Richards, to continuously innovate the brand and maintain a consistent overall growth rate. Taziki’s focuses on building relationships with each of our customers, giving them a unique and personalized experience every time. I am 32 years old and a Birmingham, AL native.
