I act as the instructional leader of the school and as such I focus at least two-thirds of my time on activities involved in classrooms, coaching, and developing instructional staff to continuously improve their lesson delivery and further student achievement. I am also responsible for safeguarding a loving, justice-driven, and faith-filled school culture in which students, families, and the broader parish and neighborhood community are deeply engaged. I am also responsible for coaching and developing leaders such as the Assistant Principal, Academic Dean, Dean of Operations, Counselor, and Master Teachers.
