I support the overall Settlement activity by assisting the Settlement Account Managers and FDS teams in post-trading operations for institutional clients. My responsibilities include handling operational claims, monitoring and helping to resolve operational incidents, and supporting administrative processes. I also contribute to continuous process improvement by designing preventive measures tailored to specific types of incidents.
