Develop and maintains working knowledge of all HR components. •Act as a liaison with branch, region, and Corporate offices to facilitate resolution of client issues regarding benefits, payroll, human resources, and safety. •Maintain knowledge of trends and changes in Human Resources legislation, and conveys local, state, and federal laws to clients to maintain •Educate clients about Human Resources policies, procedures, performance management, recruitment, and employee relations issues. •Work with clients to develop appropriate strategies regarding employee relations, disciplinary action, people operations, and performance issues. •Collaborate with clients to develop HR policies and processes. •Recommend, coordinate, and deliver leadership/ management training for clients and their employees. •Assist clients with leave management including workers compensation, federal and state disability •Consult on disability accommodations. •Provide strategic evaluation and recommendations for clients benefit packages •Facilitate full cycle open enrollment process for clients
