I have 29 years of experience in the automotive OE and aftermarket business, spanning sales, product development, and key account management. I have a strong track record of growing and retaining key accounts, establishing long-term partnerships, and expanding into new markets and regions. I have worked and lived in Italy, Switzerland, and Russia, and have developed intercultural management skills that enable me to lead and motivate cross-cultural teams across 10 locations. I have a Dipl. Ing degree in Precision Mechanics from Hochschule Augsburg, and I speak English, German, and Italian fluently.
