SUMMARY OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS I’m passionate to work at the intersection between business, technology and project management which has fueled a career of diverse work experiences within different industries such as Financial Services, Consulting Services and Telecom. For the past 15 years I have held roles in Center of Excellence and Program Delivery teams at corporations helping them in their PMO transformation and optimization journeys. I bring to the table deep knowledge and expertise in Project Management standards and methodologies, Project Management Office frameworks, Portfolio Analysis and Reporting, and LEAN continuous improvement. My collaborative leadership style and focus on aligning corporate strategies and business goals allow me to proactively identify opportunities for operations cost reductions, continuous delivery improvement and unearth risk factors. I use data to tell the story of where we are today and where we could be.
