In my 9 years of experience in the automotive industry, I have developed as a project leader with extensive experience in materials management for the development of new products, from the conceptual stage to pre-series. I have led multidisciplinary teams and implemented agile methodologies to ensure on-time delivery of our projects. In addition, I led the implementation of the VTO process and the HDBT process in Mexico, successfully replicating German practices and thereby generating significant savings to projects in the NAR region.Likewise, I have developed as a technical expert in Powertrain and Chassis issues, as well as in the technical analysis of new technologies.
