I am deeply committed to the field of education. I am driven by the urgent need for educators to understand how to teach literacy using evidence-based practices effectively and to comprehend why insufficient instruction widens inequities in our nation. I am a Wilson Language Dyslexia Practitioner and am proud of the results my students consistently experience. My work as a PBIS coach for San Francisco Unified School District gave me the confidence to train, coach, and work with adults to create optimal learning conditions for even our most vulnerable students. I continue to coach and train educators in both academic and social-emotional domains.
